Brothers Breaking Bread: A brief overview and recap of year one of Brooklyn South's young men's initiative

As a part of the Brooklyn South's June 9th Dream Big for Young Men of Color Event, the team shared a recap of the centers BBB initiative spearheaded by Charles Koonce. The video below provides a brief overview of the program and highlights the impact that the simple formula -- gather + break break + discuss -- can have on the lives of students and schools communities. BBB marked the first steps in a larger plan to collaborate with districts, community partners, ESI and schools in an concerted effort to raise awareness and stigmatize around issues faced by our young men of color.
